High voltage is extremely dangerous and must be treated as such. I am not guaranteeing the unit to be within new specification, especially as it is likely over 20 years old. Cosmetically, there are dings and scrapes on the external surface paint, left handle has a small bend. This unit is designed for rack mounting, but can still be used as a bench without any modification.
The internals are in excellent condition, and no stray voltage could be measured anywhere on the unit. All functions other than the remote enable and control have been tested are working in full. The output voltage on as indicated the 7-segment displays are accurate I could measure for voltage s >450V, and consistently 1.5V over below 450V, although this be an artifact of meter used its auto ranging.
