It looks like there is a PCB labeled 9045-8 plugged into each 9015-3. This was removed from an unused tdk Lambda vega 650 power supply. Anyways, that's all I know about this. The 2nd pic shows the of module on power supply case that it was removed from, which is CC5 option N, 60V 10A.

I'm not an expert on this stuff, but these 2 boards are labeled 9015-3 and linked together by a bussbar. I have no use for it, so hope someone finds it useful.
